It will be possible to taste specialty foods from all over Italy, from Neapolitan fried pizza to porchetta marsicana, from grandmother's meatballs to hamburgers from Valdichian, passing through specialties and sandwiches from Emilia-Romagna made as they ought to be. Everything will be accompanied with the organic wines of Terre Margaritelli, in a fun and flexible tasting formula.
Attendees will be supplied with a wine glass along with an AIRC wine glass holder and 3 tickets to taste the wines of Terre Margaritelli: Costellato-DOC white of Torgiano, Venturosa-DOC rosé of Torgiano, and Mirantico-DOC red of Torgiano.
The day will consist of the participating food trucks preparing their wide variety of Italian street foods.
The event will be accompanied by the folk music group: i Principi di Galles.

The entrance ticket to be purchased on-site is 5€. All proceeds will be donated to the AIRC association.
